Contract Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Project Manager to join the bunny.net team for a 9-month period. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex infrastructure and other business critical projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, infrastructure, product management, and support, to deliver robust and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is a technically proficient project manager with a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement project plans: Create detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
• Manage project scope: Define project scope and objectives, manage changes to project scope, and ensure that project goals are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work with engineering, infrastructure, product management, and support teams to ensure collaboration and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Risk management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Provide clear and concise updates on project progress.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and quality benchmarks.
• Budget management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and the project stays within financial constraints.
