- Analyzing and organizing a high volume of disputes and inquiries.
- Review and identify all data received and log all information in a timely manner.
- Research legal data and review court records.
- Create and submit internal reports and external reports to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, managers and colleagues to implement and support initiatives.

- Strong analytical and logical mindset.
- Able to organize, interpret, communicate and administer.
- Able to handle correspondence from multiple sources.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organization skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication
