Who are we looking for?

Senior Data Analyst (Marketing/Growth)

🚀Goals of the Data Analyst:

1. Helping the Bank to grow, by providing the data for marketing activities (analyzing the data and providing solutions that enhance/improve the attribution)

2. Translating any problem into data problem, find out and show possible solutions

3. Helping the marketing to understand the customer profiles and behaviors and translate it to marketing campaigns to achieve best ROI.

🚀 Main areas of work (with the scopes)

• Attribution:

  • Identification of the best customer sources and recognize customer journey

  • Working on achieving as high ROI as possible in marketing

  • Understanding for which business areas the attribution provides answers to

• Testing:

  • Designig the tests (A/B, Incremental)

  • Measuring the results and interpreting them

  • Finding the possible pitfalls (eg. for avoiding the contamination of test groups)

• Customer/Prospect segmentation:

  • Behavior analysis

  • Demographics

  • Profiles

• Storytelling (for internal communication):

  • Building arguments aimed at problem solving

  • Explain limitations

  • Show correlations

  • Explain the meaning of the data and behaviors

• Communication with stakeholders:

  • Helping the stakeholders to name the challenge/problem and present them the possible solutions.

  • Interviewing the stakeholders to identify the needs.

• Reporting and KPIs:
  • Defining and managing the metrics

🚀Technical/Domain Requirements:

• Exposure to Marketing/Growth Domain - Senior Level
• Advanced SQL skills (including Big Query)
• Advanced Python skills, with Python for Data Analysis libraries (including Pandas, Numpy)
• Knowledge of visualisation tools: Looker
• English - Fluent(C1/C2), Business
