We're looking for a Product Manager for a leading computer consultancy based in Madrid.

As a Product Manager, your role will bt to maximize the value of your product by articulating its business value, vision, and roadmap. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, users, and other product managers to ensure the platform meets everyone's needs. We're looking for a world-class product leader and innovator to join our high-performing team and shape the future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set and drive the vision and strategic priorities for products

  • Work with stakeholders to define OKRs, product themes, and features

  • Set product feature priorities and timelines, analyzing trade-offs and assessing the business and sales impact of different features to provide data-driven, prioritized requirements to engineering teams

  • Ensure that the product backlog is aligned with the vision and strategy by working closely with other product managers

  • Work with the team to develop features with acceptance criteria and articulate their business value.

  • Use business cases to make the case for new features and products/technologies

  • Coordinate dependencies with other product managers across the software organization

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, users, and other influencers

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new market trends, and understand how our products are performing with current customers

  • Prioritise flexibility and scalability as core platform attributes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other product areas within the Software organization and across the company.

What aspects do we value?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of overall experience

  • 1+ years of product management experience

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Experience with software product development and lifecycles, including Agile methodologies

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage constructively with all levels of an organization

  • Team player with strong listening, technical writing, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, Information Technology, or equivalent

  • Background in product management of automotive products

  • Experience working with service-oriented architectures

  • Familiarity with IoT, Streaming, and Edge computing technologies

  • Knowledge of ADAS, Cockpit SW development, and Automotive Safety standards is a plus

  • Experience with cybersecurity and functional safety concepts

  • Experience working with automotive networks (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and protocols (e.g., UDS, SOME/IP, etc.)

  • Experience in designing and developing software in embedded systems

  • Experience working with multi-user systems
