Recruitment Administrator

Type: Temporary (3 months based on seasonal demands)

About Us: The Really Great Teacher Company is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to finding the best teacher talent to drive our mission forward. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shortlist Applications:
  • Review and evaluate all incoming applications on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) according to our specific position requirements.
  • Ensure that candidates meet the essential criteria before advancing them to the next stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes on candidate profiles within the ATS.
• Headhunt on Various Platforms:
  • Proactively source and engage potential candidates on various online platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Obtain Outstanding Documents:
  • Communicate with candidates to collect any outstanding documents or information required to complete their application.
  • Ensure all candidate files are complete and up-to-date in the ATS.
  • Follow up promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Position details:

• Start date: Immediately
• Schedule: 6 hours required per day between 8 PM and 12 AM SAST or 3 AM to 8 AM SAST (GMT+2)
• Remuneration: 6 USD per hour
• Location: Work from home

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude.
