As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, summarizing, and processing information from customers. Your support will guide customers in making informed decisions, ensuring the creation of coherent requirements. You will conduct thorough research and analysis of obtained information, present project goals and core functionalities to the development team, and write comprehensive documentation including functional and non-functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories/use cases. Additionally, you will create wireframes, sketches, diagrams, and flowcharts to visually represent project details and feature concepts. You will be part of a discovery team, collaborating closely with a dedicated designer and a developer per need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, summarize, and process information from customers;
- Support customers in decision-making to create clear and coherent requirements;
- Conduct research and analysis of collected information;
- Present project goals and core functionalities to the development team;
- Write functional and non-functional requirements, technical specification documentation, and user stories/use cases;
- Create wireframes, sketches, diagrams, and flowcharts to illustrate project details.
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of web and mobile application principles and the general software development lifecycle;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating functional documentation;
- Experience in the fintech domain, specifically in investments or financial consulting;
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of Upper-Intermediate;
- Strong experience in customer interaction and requirements gathering;
- Prototyping experience, including low fidelity wireframing and sketching;
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with user interface design patterns.
