Description: PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Network Administrator, you will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in network administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in networking technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn.

Location: Carlisle Barracks Pennsylvania

Required Clearance: Secret

Required Education: HSD or GED, relevant network certifications, IAT 2

Required Experience: Two+ (2+) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

· Performs LAN/MAN/WAN management. Install tests network and computer communications equipment.

· Develops, tests, and installs network and computer communications software, protocol software, operates networks, identifies solves problems, performs restart/recovery.

· Familiarity with network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding network connectivity, VPN access, and wireless connectivity.

· Assist in troubleshooting network-related problems reported by end-users and escalate issues as needed.

· Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

· Perform routine network audits to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications: Assoc or Tech degree preferred (not required)
