Role Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various levels and departments to support the organization's growth and operational needs. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, establish recruitment strategies, and set timelines for the hiring process.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing strategies to attract a wide pool of candidates. Utilize online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source potential hires.

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. Assess candidates' qualifications, fit for the role, and potential for growth within the company.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to update on recruitment status and adjust recruitment strategies as needed.

  • Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring clear communication of terms and expectations to successful candidates.

  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, working closely with human resources to ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed efficiently.

  • Talent Pool Management: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a quick response to organizational demands

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Recruiter: Minimum of 3 years in tech sector recruitment with a proven track record of quickly filling niche tech roles and achieving recruitment targets.
  • Skilled Communicator: Equipped with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Industry Savvy: Adept in understanding the tech industry’s evolving trends, job markets, and talent pools.
  • Tech Proficient: Proficient in using specific recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter) and social media platforms for efficient talent sourcing and branding.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the recruitment process are handled meticulously.
  • Innovative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to recruitment challenges.
