Quantity Surveyor M&E

Our Client is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our dynamic and friendly office . This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready for their next challenge and eager to be part of a successful team. The role is primarily office-based but will also involve some travel to projects across the North East.

• Providing expert cost advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring the timely submission of comprehensive payment applications.
• Proactively identifying potential cost risks and areas for margin improvement.
• Collaborating closely with the operational team to ensure contract profitability.
• Sharing knowledge and mentoring an Apprentice Surveyor, and imparting learning to operational teams.

Requirements

• An experienced Surveyor, preferably with an M&E or subcontractor background.
• Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in numeracy and financial management.
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
