The Role

The SAP Partner Director will be responsible for executing and evolving the strategic vision for Mention Me's partnership with SAP, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and commercial success.

This role involves managing the SAP alliance, driving collaborative initiatives, and ensuring the partnership significantly contributes to Mention Me's business and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP solutions, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing strategic commercial partnerships.

Since achieving endorsed partner status with SAP in November, this role is crucial in making this partnership a success.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the strategic direction for the SAP partnership, aligning it with Mention Me's overall business and revenue objectives.
  • Commercial Leadership: Act as a commercial leader. Drive revenue growth through the SAP partnership by identifying and capitalising on commercial opportunities, throughout the entire sales cycle, including co-selling and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP executives and key stakeholders to drive mutual business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of SAP-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new commercial opportunities for collaboration with SAP and ensure Mention Me leverages the latest SAP technologies to drive revenue.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the SAP partnership and report on these metrics to senior management, with a focus on revenue impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and execution of SAP initiatives that drive revenue.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.

We'd really like to hear from you, if you have...

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnership management, with a focus on SAP or similar enterprise software solutions, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. Direct experience in selling SAP solutions is required.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP products and solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver commercial results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
