The objective of the Brand Coordinator (BC) position is to strategically support Beauty Barrageโ€™s client brands in various retailers. The BC will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.

As a Brand Coordinator, you will report to the Field Sales Manager. Our Brand Coordinators are expected to be results-oriented, innovative problem solvers, take initiative, and have a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
  • Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships at the store level with BAโ€™s, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
  • Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
  • Execute interactive product demonstrations.
  • Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
  • Provide critical feedback through survey responses.

Qualifications:

  • Must have beauty retail experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in similar role is required.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of in-store retail environment required.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
  • Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
  • Must be available weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
  • Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
  • Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

$30 - $35 an hour
