Job Summary:

We are looking for a student worker to join the Grants & Legal team at the LEGO Foundation – take this opportunity to add valuable work experience to your resume.

This role is perfect for someone with an interest in administration, including data and process management. You will apply your skills in an international and dynamic environment to enhance our team’s collaboration both internally as well as with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational: Manage and deliver on small projects, including ad hoc requests, while working semi-independently on administrative tasks.

Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with the team on a major project to digitalise our systems and support future data management.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program, preferably in IT, Business, Foreign Languages, Administration, or Law and you are either about to start your third year of bachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University/College or Business School.
  • Keen attention to detail and good with numbers.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work in a semi-independent capacity.
  • You are an experienced user with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point and SharePoint. Furthermore, you are comfortable with Adobe InDesign, or at least are interested in learning it.
  • Structured but also flexible, able to work with multiple and changing priorities and a vast stakeholder ecosystem. No task should be too small or big for you.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.

Start date and working hours:

Ideally you are ready to start in the beginning of August. We would expect you to be able to work an average of 12-15 hours a week, depending on workload. Our hybrid work policy means an average of 1-2 days a week in the office in Billund, except during onboarding, where we would expect you to be able to work in the office from 9-15 most of the week. But obviously we will be flexible to accommodate school.
