Senior Tech Lead

In this role, you will be immersed in a variety of challenging and innovative projects, ranging from leading and executing advanced technology strategies to managing communication and collaboration with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include driving the development and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.

You will play a pivotal role in guiding the technological direction of Grand, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge SaaS solutions and maintaining high standards of ICT security.

Responsibilities

• Tech Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of the company's tech strategy, aligning it with overall business goals.
• End-to-End Product Management: Oversee all aspects of product development, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
• ICT Security Enforcement: Establish and enforce robust ICT security standards and protocols to ensure software and customer data security.
• Driving Automation and Efficiency: Transform towards a more automated and efficient SaaS model, utilizing cutting-edge tech like AI and ML.
• Technical Culture Fostering: Serve as a technical ambassador, fostering a culture that values technology and understands its role in driving growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Technical Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing tech initiatives, with a history of developing innovative solutions.
• ICT Security Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in information and cybersecurity.
• SaaS and Cloud Expertise: Solid background in developing, managing, and scaling cloud-based SaaS products.
• AI and ML Application: Significant experience in applying AI and ML in business, preferably focusing on automation.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Education:

• Advanced Degree: Master’s or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Qualifications in AI, ML, or Cybersecurity are a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
