Technical Product Owner/System Owner

What you'll do

• Provide technical operation, including reactive and pro-active maintenance
• Act as quality gate keeper for projects and changes implemented on the system
• Maintain documentation
• Manage system/application budget
• Take ownership of the Power Apps and Power Automate systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
• Design and build Power Apps solutions to automate processes, collect data, and enhance productivity.
• Create and optimize Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate development.
• Review of M365 Services & Applications that has access to SharePoint through Microsoft Graph API.
• Optional: Power BI platform management.

Who you are

• You are experienced in IT industry (+5 years)
• You possess general understanding of IT technology and market best practices
• You are familiar with Service Management (based on ITIL)
• You understand or have experience with Windows technologies
