IT Process Manager PLM & QM

What you'll do

• Identifying and reducing potential risks and vulnerabilities in IT processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Lead the creation and deployment of R&D focused product data management solutions, seamlessly fitting into current workflows
• Drive streamlined knowledge management initiatives within R&D teams, enhancing collaboration and productivity
• Manage comprehensive documentation of business processes, promoting consistency and efficiency in operations
• Define technical specifications for development, adhering to industry standards, best practices, and scenarios to ensure robustness
• Monitor, evaluate and lead change initiatives to proactively increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes and ensure a smooth transition to new processes

Who you are

• Proven experience in project management and strong understanding of ITIL Service management principles and their application in optimizing IT service delivery
• Proficient in providing comprehensive product data management solutions tailored to R&D environments
• Possessing effective communication skills to align teams and inspire confidence
• Ability to quickly adjust strategies, plans, and mindset to navigate rapid changes is essential for success in our dynamic environment
• Integral critical and systemic thinking skills, enabling sound decision-making by analyzing information, understanding interconnections, and developing effective strategies amidst complexities
