IT Management Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, including research, data analysis, and coordination of deliverables
• Maintain an overview of all internal and external resources within the Unit, as well as the available capacity
• Identify and resolve administrative issues or conflicts, proactively seeking solutions to streamline processes
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Unit Head, prioritizing and responding appropriately as well as scheduling meetings and coordinating travels
• Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, as well as take and distribute meeting minutes
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Who you are

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels in English, German is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as part of a team
• Willingness for occasional travels to Knauf locations on all continents
