**The Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Programme NEXT Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine is looking for two IVY volunteers!
The volunteers will support the Programme “Interreg NEXT Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine".**
In the Interreg NEXT Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine Programme, the four countries cooperate through shared management and joint decision making, with common financial resources available. The area of the Programme consists of various regions of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania as EU Member States and Ukraine as Partner Country. The total cooperation area covers a territory of 83 057 km2 (size of Austria) with a population of 8 078 324. The programme has the following Priorities and Objectives: a resilient and green border region, a healthy and attractive border region, a cooperating border region.
The volunteers will enhance the programme's communication and dissemination, and will collaborate with the staff to engage in and support with some of the possible activities:
- promote the projects financed by the programme and share updates;
- draft and send newsletters, organise webinars;
- document project progress, milestones, and outcomes;
- compile success stories, capture photos, or record video testimonials;
- gather feedback from project participants, beneficiaries/partners;
- conduct surveys, interviews, or focus group discussions;
- assess beneficiaries and stakeholders satisfaction, identify challenges, collect suggestions;
- raise awareness about the projects goals, impact, and importance;
- create awareness campaigns, organise awareness events;
- create content plans for programme social media channels;
- assist in designing programme materials: booklets, newsletters, templates, etc;
- create tutorial videos for beneficiaries;
- assist in organising European Cooperation Day on programme level;
- help beneficiaries with the SLAM contest.
Other information:
Financial support of: 27 euros per day (weekends and holidays included).
Location: Budapest, Hungary.
Start and duration: June or July, for 6 month(s).
Languages*: English B2/C1 mandatory, Hungarian/Romanian/Slovak/Ukrainian is an asset.
*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.
