As an external consultant you:
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, assessments, etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Organize and/or attend career fairs or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- You have a Master or Bachelor degree in HR or have a mix of formal education and work experience of more than 4 years.
- Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist/recruiter
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Well-organized and structured approach with eye for detail
- Ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.
- Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- We achieve our biggest success when working together, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and team work
- Languages: Dutch/English and preferably Spanish
