Our client is seeking a results-oriented HR Business Partner to join their team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to different departments, providing guidance and support in all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to build strong relationships, and the skill to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals and promote a positive work environment;
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee development;
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and support the delivery of training programs;
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement;
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and implement changes and improvements as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role;

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred;

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law;

  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies and programs;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks;

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
