The Role:

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will deliver procurement or change management projects, applying your expertise in stakeholder management to achieve positive outcomes. This role will sit within our Life Sciences team, working with some of the most interesting organisations within this sector.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement and transformation projects to deliver cost savings and value creation
• Design and implement strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and buy-in across all levels of the client organization
• Take ownership and contribute to the growth of this practice at 4C Associates
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development
