We are looking for our first, true, People Operations team member to join two current members of our People team. As the People Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in building company culture and providing exceptional employee experience. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in several relevant areas of HR and be excited about jumping in, rolling up their sleeves and adding immediate value.

You will…

  • Own all facets of People Operations that enable an effective employee experience from onboarding to offboarding; building and improving efficient end-to-end People Ops processes
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of People programs, employee handbook, and People-related policies & procedures
  • Manage all aspects of HR compliance in partnership with finance, including ensuring ongoing compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal frameworks
  • Develop and launch training and guides for managers and employees as well as manage ongoing talent management processes
  • Maintain data integrity, develop workflows and update system automations to develop a metrics-driven People organization that leverages reporting, dashboards and SLA tracking to provide actionable insight on service delivery, operations accuracy and effectiveness
  • Partner with finance to manage employee benefits program, including collaborating with brokerage partner on selecting benefits providers and plan design
  • Address questions and problem solve for escalated employee matters; serve as primary investigator as needed

You may a good fit if you…

  • have a minimum of 4 years experience in a People Operations or HR Business Partner role at a high-growth organization
  • have experience partnering with leaders to provide expertise across the employee lifecycle (Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Career Planning, Diversity & Inclusion)
  • have a proven track record of establishing and managing People Operations programs & processes, managing benefits, and overseeing payroll
  • have solid working knowledge of legal HR compliance matters
  • operate with an unwavering sense of ownership and urgency
  • are a self-starter, dedicated to excellence, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects concurrently
