We have recently launched our services in Taiwan including Rocket Delivery which offers next-day delivery for a wide selection of items at affordable prices and Rocket Overseas which offers free international delivery on millions of best-selling products from Korea, the U.S., and beyond.

Position : Sr. Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities:

1. Project Development, Management, Planning and Execution:

- Define the overall scope of projects based on business requirements, develop action plans, and manage project progress.

- Create a framework for project governance and reporting.

- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.

2. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Develop and manage project dashboards and performance metrics.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance.

- Ensure transparency and accountability in all project activities.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, project operations, customer services, and brand managers, etc.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure stakeholder requirements and expectations are met.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

- Manage multiple, detail-intensive tasks simultaneously.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management or business operations, preferably in the digital or e-commerce industry.
• Ability to cope with frequent change and rapid business scalability.
• Proven experience working with diverse and complex stakeholders to drive projects to deliverables.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and managing metrics and data to measure the success of business
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; SQL or other data-building experience is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for customers and enjoyment in collaborating with others to solve problems.
• Proficient in analyzing data to identify problems and drive solutions.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, organization, and task prioritization.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions
