Senior Analyst Materials Planning - Repack Operations

What you'll do

As the Senior Analyst Materials Planning - Repack Operations, you will develop and implement production plans and drive the tactical execution needed to deliver KIND’s goals on order fill rates, obsolete inventory, inventory levels, and cost optimization.

Planning, Tools & Teamwork:

• Create weekly updates to the 12 week rolling master schedules that best balance supporting the latest consensus demand forecast while managing within stated inventory targets for assigned product portfolio
• Identify future production risks and work with cross functional teams to communicate, quantify and minimize impact and downtime at sites.
• Manage delivery of all supply planning inputs, modeling, and stage-gate checklists for Innovation launches, product renovations and product discontinuations to ensure flawless execution
• You will be responsible for delivering results meeting or exceeding stated goals for key metrics (e.g., Fill Rates, Finished Goods Inventory levels and obsolescence.)
• Oversight of material inventory levels at re-pack sites, coordinating inventory flow back to the DC when necessary.
