Job Title: Business Consultant

Job Summary:

Anaqua is seeking a highly motivated Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Business consultants are responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business processes and providing strategic guidance for implementing Intellectual Property management processes into Anaqua's technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management skills, and a deep understanding of IP management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and IP management needs.

• Provide strategic guidance on how to optimize and streamline their IP management processes using Anaqua's technology solutions.

• Collaborate with clients and Anaqua's implementation team to design, configure, and implement Anaqua's software solutions.

• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on Anaqua's technology solutions and how to use them effectively and efficiently.

• Work with clients to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Anaqua's technology solutions.

• Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration guides.

• Collaborate with Anaqua's product development team to provide feedback on new features and functionality that would improve the overall customer experience.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to IP management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system implementation consulting, configuration, and support, preferably in the IP management industry.
• Knowledge of IP management processes, including patent and trademark prosecution, docketing, and annuities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Strong project management skills.
