The Data Analyst works alongside Product Manager and Data Engineer in the team to develop data platform, data warehouse and data cubes for analytics purposes. With the data collected from various data sources, he/she is responsible for analyzing, discovering and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze business requirements to develop data solutions collaborating with Data Product Manager.
  • Provide requirement documentation to the Data Engineering team for implementation.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs that assist Product Manager in designing Data Product.
  • Building and maintenance of the data warehouses and data pipelines in cooperation with Data Engineers.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Must haves:

  • Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • English is the working language, required both written and oral.
  • Good knowledge of SQL-based languages (MySQL, MSSQL/transact SQL)
  • Experienced in (analytics) scripting languages, such as R or Python.
  • Familiarity with dashboard/reporting solutions like Power BI, Quick BI, Tableau, BigQuery or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Drive, enthusiasm and insight into fast fashion and software development to be able to push our business to the next level, by utilizing their analytical mind-set, data driven decision making model in collaboration with Data Product Manager.

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge about CDP and Data Mesh is a plus.
  • Knowledge of non-relational DBMS technologies (Key-value stores, object databases, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent English speaking.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
