Senior Salesforce Core Developer

This position sits within our Experience & Engineering team, as part of a new International Delivery Centre. We primarily deliver large-scale website design and build projects, combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to help clients including Google, TikTok, eBay, ASOS, Zoopla, Twitch, Patagonia and many, many more.

We are currently in the process of creating a new International Delivery Centre in India, focussed on delivering award winning work for a range of global clients. We are looking for a number of experts who can help set the standard in the new centre whilst starting to work on a range of exciting digital projects. The role will require some shift working to accommodate working with our global teams.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be an integral part of our team and will analyse business requirements in order to translate them into customised solutions using the Salesforce platform.

You will be working in a fast-paced work environment catered to our client needs and at the same time on a range of different projects, both big and small. If you enjoy a dynamic work atmosphere where no day is the same and love improving the quality of the code and services we provide to our clients then this is the role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on developing high-performing solutions using Apex, Salesforce Flows and Lightning components from design through testing and deployment;
• Cooperate closely with our clients to capture their requirements, investigate issues and identify new solution development opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce platform.
• Be in the possession of 1 dev certificate (for example Platform App Builder or Platform Developer).
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and Platform Events.
• Experience in development of SF applications using Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, APi and Integration.
• Experience with Integration Architecture concepts, such as API-Led, SOAP, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON Services.
• Knowledge and experience with Java, XML, RAML, JavaScript, SQL, Webservices, API’s.
• An excellent understanding of the spoken and written English language.
• Proven track record of working effectively with global teams, understanding cultural nuances and communication styles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management, anticipating challenges and addressing them efficiently.
• Flexibility to work in US Central and Eastern time zones.
