Staff Engineer - Contract

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team in Poland and are currently looking for a Staff Engineer to join the team on an ongoing contract basis.
As a Staff Engineer at VGW, you will lead product teams, ensuring scalable and reliable software systems while guiding engineers in planning, delivering, and maintaining high-quality products. You will engage in medium-term planning, project delivery, coaching, and solving complex technical challenges.
Tech we use
The main technologies you will use include AWS, Kotlin, Typescript, Kubernetes and Terraform.
What you bring
- Strong technical proficiency in back and front end technologies, including (or similar to) Kotlin and Typescript.
- Able to manage cloud-based infrastructure, especially on platforms like AWS, Azure, and ECP.
- Strong knowledge of back end systems.
- Good understanding of IaC, ideally using Terraform.
