Director, Safety by Design

Safety by Design refers to product development methods that explicitly integrate consideration of user safety, agency, and privacy into the software design and implementation process. Match Group has adopted an industry-leading approach to safety by design across its portfolio of apps and services, working proactively to identify potential user risks associated with new features, and identifying win-win solutions to manage those risks at scale.

This position will report to the VP - Trust & Safety. Our Trust & Safety teams are based in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles, but we are open to considering a remote office for highly qualified candidates. This position will require domestic and international travel.
