Accountant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform month-end closing activities and prepare annual financial statements
• Assist in full set of accounts with accounting schedules
• Following up customer payments
• Support in ad-hoc projects as required by Manager

Requirements

• Recognized university degree in Accountancy
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent (preferred but not a must)
• 1-2 years of experience in handling Accounts Receivable
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized, analytical, flexible and dedicated
• Proficiency with Google Sheet, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, knowledge on NetSuite is a plus
• Effective written and oral communication skills in both English & Mandarin
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and meet tight deadlines
• Sound knowledge of IFRS
