We're on the lookout for a skilled and innovative Marketing Designer to join our team at ASAPP, directly supporting the Marketing Design Lead in shaping our visual brand identity and perpetuating that identify across all marketing content. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and objectives. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Design Lead to execute design strategies that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the target audience.
• Lead the design process for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, and presentations.
• Create engaging and visually appealing designs that enhance the company's brand perception and drive engagement with our target audience.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, product management, and sales, to support their design needs and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and freelancers to ensure the delivery of high-quality design work that meets deadlines and budget constraints.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets, templates, and style guides to streamline the design process and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation processes to generate innovative design concepts and campaign ideas.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing design role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, layout, and color theory, showcased through a comprehensive portfolio.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
• A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles, coupled with a passion for innovation and creativity.
