We are seeking talented individuals for the following position:

IT Microsoft365 Power Platform Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional expertise and guidance on low code and collaboration solutions design within Microsoft365 Power Platform, including Copilot Studio technologies.

  • Support operation and administration, enhancing and optimizing strategic low code, collaboration, and reporting platforms.

  • Create and distribute low code and reporting solutions to automate business processes.

  • Manage M365-related tickets (Incidents, Changes, Service Requests).

  • Implement Power Platform policies, including life-cycle monitoring of apps, flows, and user access.

  • Create and maintain operations manuals, emergency plans, and documentation.

  • Technically support the M365 low code environment.

  • Manage external low code support.

  • Configure the Corporate Power platform environment.

  • Participate in the conception and implementation of new Power Platform technologies.

  • Implement IT security policies based on corporate IS policies.

  • Execute quality assurance tests after implementing changes.

  • Support Proof-of-concept studies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or extensive practical expertise.
  • 5+ years as M365 Power Platform Administrator.
  • Good application development skills.
  • Substantial and up-to-date functional and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge in M365 Power Platform Environment.
  • Advanced programming skills in a major programming language (C#, Python, Java).
  • Advanced knowledge of existing and upcoming low code, collaboration, and automation solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge in automating and optimizing business processes.
  • Technical leadership competencies (input on IT architecture).
  • Ability to perform independently with only disciplinary guidance as required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills; German language skills are an advantage.

Though the role is hybrid, a great degree of remote work is possible, with only 5 days of office presence for Brasov based colleagues per month, and 3 weeks per year for those residing in other locations. The business will support transport and accommodation for those outside of Brasov to enable face to face interaction with their colleagues.
