ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BERBICE BRANCH)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist the CSR in delivering correct goods as per specified orders to respective customers.
- To ensure that the goods are stored in the vehicle in a good and proper condition at all times.
- To load and off load the vehicles as required.
- Follow- up on all customer requests and queries.
- Establish and build relationships with all customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- CXC Qualifications or Sound Secondary Education
- Customer Focused & Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good time management skills
- Must be able to work extended hours.
