Tickmill is looking to hire a Chief Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team.

As a Chief Marketing Officer at our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in setting, planning and implementing the global marketing and brand strategy. In addition you will be responsible for the annual marketing budget, monitor the performance and embrace data-driven marketing approach to make valuable decisions.

What the job looks like?

The Chief Marketing Officer will have the opportunity to:

• Set strategic marketing goals and objectives.

• Plan, implement and manage global marketing and brand strategy.

• Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns based on agreed quality, scope, and time.

• Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.

• Determine KPIs for the global marketing team and track the performance on a regular basis.

• Create annual marketing budget and monitor the performance.

• Embrace data-driven marketing approach to make the best decisions.

• Work in close collaboration with the business development team and other stakeholders to improve customer experience and increase business,

• Collect and analyze information from the Clients and partners to make better marketing decisions and increase brand loyalty.

• Conduct, supervise, and coordinate marketing research and stay up to date with industry developments.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in marketing technologies and platforms.

• Attend industry-specific expos, marketing conferences and educational events.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Head of Marketing. Experience in the finance industry is considered a plus.
• BA or MA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any relevant field.
• Proficiency in public relations, SEO, PPC, strategic brand management, customer funnels, analytics and data-led marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of marketing tools and platforms including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta, TikTok etc.
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral. Be a good storyteller.
• Strong leadership and communication skills that can inspire marketing professionals.
• A creative mind that is results oriented, self-motivated, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
