Your Role
As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience and business value of our products. We're looking for someone confident who can take the lead in research and drive design solutions by working closely together with our product and engineering teams. Here's what you'll be doing:
- User Research: You’ll organize and lead UX and technical sessions and workshops with all relevant stakeholders to discover how challenges can be resolved, striving to achieve the set goals of each product increment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and drive design solutions, aligning them with business objectives and user needs.
