Are you a pro when it comes to producing, editing, and reporting? Do you have a knack for making complex financial topics engaging and relatable? We're looking for a talented Producer/Editor/On-Screen Reporter to join our Film Team. In the role you will be responsible for creating compelling video content that educates and informs our audience about the latest trends and developments in the financial world, as well as producing marketing and advertising content, alongside some presenting work too.

Reporting to the Global Head of Design, you will support them and the business needs to create top quality educational and advertising video content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, shoot, produce, and edit informative and engaging video content for our online platforms.
  • Conduct on-screen interviews and reporting on financial topics, making complex information accessible to viewers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with company branding and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and news to generate timely and relevant video content.
  • Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Utilise creative storytelling techniques to captivate our audience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor video analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve content performance.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in journalism, film, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in producing, editing, and on-screen reporting for a media organisation or financial services company.
  • Strong on-screen presence and comfortable speaking on camera.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Knowledge of financial services and familiarity with industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of and ability to work with multiple digital formats, and online delivery including FTP, compressing and uploading
