Responsable de recopilar, analizar e interpretar datos de comportamiento del usuario de aplicaciones web. Proporcionará información que impulse la optimización del rendimiento de la web/app, la experiencia del usuario y los resultados. Sólida mentalidad analítica, experiencia con herramientas de análisis web y capacidad de traducir datos en recomendaciones prácticas.

Responsabilidades

**Recopilación y gestión de datos:**Implementar y administrar herramientas de análisis web (por ejemplo, Matomo, Google Analytics) para rastrear las interacciones de los usuarios. Garantizar la integridad y exactitud de los datos recopilados. Desarrollar y mantener paneles de control e informes automatizados.

**Análisis de los datos:**Analizar los datos de comportamiento del usuario para identificar patrones, tendencias y conocimientos.Realizar pruebas A/B y pruebas multivariadas para evaluar el impacto de los cambios en la aplicación web.Realizar análisis de embudo/funnel, análisis de cohortes y segmentación de usuarios para comprender los diferentes comportamientos de los usuarios.

**Informes e insights:**Preparar informes y visualizaciones detallados para presentar los hallazgos..Proporcionar recomendaciones prácticas para mejorar la experiencia del usuario, las tasas de conversión y el rendimiento general de la aplicación web.Colaborar con PO, diseñadores, desarrolladores para implementar cambios basados ​​en datos.

**Estrategia y Optimización:**Desarrollar y perfeccionar KPI para medir el éxito de las iniciativas de aplicaciones web.Monitorear e informar sobre el desempeño de los cambios implementados.Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de la industria y las mejores prácticas en análisis web y análisis del comportamiento del usuario.

Requisitos

- Licenciatura en ciencia de datos, estadística, informática, marketing o un campo relacionado.

- Más de 3 años de experiencia en análisis web, análisis de datos o un puesto similar.

- Dominio de herramientas de análisis web (p.ej., Matomo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar).

- Fuertes habilidades analíticas con capacidad para interpretar conjuntos de datos complejos.

- Experiencia con SQL, Python, R u otras herramientas de análisis de datos.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

- Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente en un ambiente de equipo.

- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.

Habilidades y experiencias

- Maestría en un campo relacionado.

- Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (p.ej., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiaridad con las tecnologías web front-end (por ejemplo, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Conocimientos de SEO y estrategias de marketing digital.
