The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Present company's services to potential clients, prepare and negotiate the details of the commercial offers.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Analyze market tendencies and customer needs to identify opportunities for a future business development.
• Develop the new small/medium/enterprise level customers.
• Your daily focus will be to help us find companies who are looking for recruitment & outstaffing (contracting) services.

Who we are looking for:

• B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to explain difficult concepts in easy to understand words.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
• Very good English and Lithuanian language skills.
• Experience in Mobile/Web or app development industries or IT in general would be considered as an advantage.
