Work alongside a team of talent Content Managers in providing digital solutions to our global clients.
This role would suit an individual looking to start their career in Content. You will be provided training and support to ensure you are on the right path as well as dedicated mentors who will help grow your career.
Is the External (Markets) & Internal (DP team, managers) point of contact for all content services related requests across Europe
Assists in the continuous Content management for BAU markets (Campaigns, change requests etc) alongside the Content Manager
Responsible for updates of the internal content release calendar for IOMBU Markets
Logging & prioritizing requests in collaboration with Digital Productions team, managing content delivery timelines with the customer
Ensures that multiple requests (for IOMBU, IDL markets and McD France) are managed and are completed across European markets with particular attention to ensuring key deadlines are being met.
QA and tests content prior to campaign or project validation in lab, track and recap UAT feedback to the team to ensure updates are made prior to go-live
Creates and maintains both internal and external documentation for global and national clients
Workload management – be able to anticipate and rise alerts on time
Assisting the product team in project execution while content is being involved.
Tracks and manages incoming assets from ad agencies and clients to ensure we can hit deadlines
Continuous improvement and alignment of designs to global framework
Ensures that all content services for Europe are managed and meets deadlines as outlined by clients
Collaborates with the support team to ensure all user manuals are built and documented
Ensures QA prior to campaign going live to debug and minimise risk
Works well both in a team environment and independently to adhere to deadlines
Ability to prioritise work and communicate proactively with team about in depending deadlines, issues or fixes
Builds relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or 1+ years of equivalent work experience in enterprise digital software projects (SaaS environment is preferred)
Has French & English business language skill set
Experience in the digital signage and integration technology industry is desired, but not required
Proven experience in a similar role within an operational or operational support or in a customer-facing environment
Experience and knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks is appreciated
Effective verbal, written, listening, presentation and customer-focused skills.
Advanced capability in Microsoft office & Adobe suites
A broad understanding of general business management practices as well as software applications required to support and effectively utilize staff resources within the development/technical department.
Knowledge or experience of working on a CMS, SaaS environment would be preferred
