About the Role

As the Operations Excellence Analyst, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics to optimize performance. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing robust management systems that enhance efficiency across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of innovation. Responsibilities

Lead Operational Management Systems

  • Design and implement structured systems (reporting, meetings, forcing mechanisms, feedback loops, etc) to facilitate alignment, accountability and problem-solving among operational teams.
  • Followup on execution of management system, assuring a virtuous OODA cycle
  • Keep the system evolving to react to a changing environment.

Own Operational Analytics

  • Establish and maintain analytical frameworks to track and analyze key operational metrics, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.
  • Spearhead initiatives to upskill operational teams in data analysis techniques, fostering a culture of analytical thinking and empowering employees to leverage data effectively in their roles.
  • Collaborate with other analytical teams throughout the organization to share best practices, leverage expertise, and ensure alignment in data analysis methodologies and insights.

Systematize Operational Processes

  • Identify best practices within operational processes and establish them across teams, ensuring uniformity and efficiency in execution.
  • Continuously evaluate operational workflows to identify areas for improvement, implementing proactive solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Drive change in the organization

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading change initiatives that align with strategic objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Promote the adoption of data-driven decision making and process automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, economics, engineering, or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in Operations Roles (Operations Strategy, Analytics or similar). The ideal profile has had experience in a high-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced Spreadsheet skills (mastery of advanced formulas, automation of reports, and data manipulation techniques)
  • SQL Proficiency (data querying, manipulation, and analysis)
  • Project and/or Change Management is a plus
  • Proficient in English.
