Test Chapter Lead

•Design, develop, and maintain test case scenarios
•Execute test scenarios for functionality, regression, integration and performance testing
•Analyse and report the test results and logging test outcomes
•Ensure quality goals are met by providing test strategy, test plan, analysis of delivery items, risks, environmental needs and status reports
•Define testing metrics to improve quality, efficiency and productivity
•Conduct quality audits and compliance checks to improve quality goals
•Conduct historical analysis of test results to identify trends and report on areas of the software that require attention to improve overall quality.
•Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
•Provide leadership to others in the testing domain, build required capabilities for testing, support other testers with necessary skills and tools to achieve quality goals.
•Capable of taking the Chapter Lead role

Requirements

•BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area
•5+ years of experience in QA engineering/software testing process and methods
•Excellent understanding of testing concepts and the role of QA in the software development lifecycle
•Experience in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Databases / SQL
•Experience in Android and iOS mobile apps
•Familiar with testing frameworks
•Working experience with agile methodology
•Experience in the tools used in test automation development, such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium is a plus
•Knowledge of Java programming language is a plus
•Experience with E2E(multi-domain) Project Test Leadership is a plus •Good command of English. Clear communicator, both verbal and in writing
