We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1- Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and talents.
2- Manage and align client and talent expectations, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their engagement.
3- Proactively address conflicts and concerns, striving for effective resolutions.
4- Foster strong relationships with clients and talents, building trust and loyalty.
5- Monitor and evaluate client and talent satisfaction, taking necessary actions to enhance their experience.
6- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client and talent interactions.
8- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, particularly in the IT field.
9- Proactively engage with clients and talents to discuss contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
10- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of any billing-related concerns.
11- Accurately maintain and update relevant data on designated systems.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience as an account manager with demonstrating familiarity in IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on client and talent satisfaction and business growth.
