Java Software Engineer

Our client is one of the biggest banks in Nordic countries.

We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join the dedicated Softeta team working on credit solutions for large financial institutions. You will join the team that is responsible for creating solutions for test data management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions for test data management;
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions and provide valuable feedback to the Product Owner and team;
• Take part in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance);
• Supporting different projects with integrated test data creation in various systems via automated scripts;
• Guiding the teams to prepare the right test data for their testing;
• Work in an Agile team, transforming user stories into functional applications.

Technological stack - Java, Spring, Hibernate, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Red Hat OpenShift, IntelliJ, API services, Oracle, Angular.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in software development experience with Java;
• Proven software development experience with Java and Spring Boot;
• Good communication skills;
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns and best practices (DDD, unit testing, code reviews, etc.);
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
• Good English skills.
