About our Team

Supporting the Risk Narrative product in the Testing/development phase.

About the Role

This is a position for Maternity cover on a 12 month FTC basis. The Quality Test Engineer is responsible to perform end-to-end Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities for the projects.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the scrum team in collaboration with Product owners, BAs, Developers, Architects, and other involved teams

• Leading and executing test plans to ensure software quality meets standards and requirements.

• Creating test scenarios from requirements and acceptance criteria

• Executing the tests and communicating the results with root cause analysis with the team.

• Advising defects with all the relevant information.

• Creating effective automation framework.

Requirements

• Able to show testing approaches with effective attention to detail.

• Possess hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and Cucumber

• Able to demonstrate experience with Java

• Experience in API testing with Postman

• Experience in Agile, BDD, Continuous integration and Continuous delivery methods.
