Location

This role is based in Bali (as our bank and tax offices are located in Denpasar they require periodic in-person visits). There is a possibility for occasional remote work, however, that will not be the default setup for this role.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Coordinator to join our amazing team in Sanur, Bali.

You will be part of our Finance team and your mission will be to optimize financial performance, provide strategic financial guidance, and oversee financial reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and driving efficiency initiatives to support the company's growth and its business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Make bills and accurately input payments in banking systems.
  • Generate invoices and follow up on payments from our clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive accounting records with physical and digital documentation.
  • Reconcile bank and other necessary accounts, and make a manual journal for adjustments.
  • Review transaction history on a monthly basis.
  • Review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prepare the annual financial forecasting and continuously monitor the operational expenses and budgets.
  • Develop and sustain procurement activities within operational budget parameters.
  • Prepare payments, report and file taxes (including databases) on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and nurture Livit’s relationship with the tax office, banks and other relevant financial institutions.
  • Prepare data for LKPM reporting on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage DGT and Certificate of Residence for our subsidiary.
  • Ensure legal compliance in terms of taxes, staying abreast of changes in regulations and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Manage corporate credit card and expense claim systems.
  • Facilitate external audits (if any).
  • Develop and maintain Financial SOPs.
  • Prepare & Submit Company Income Tax Reports (CITR) accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

  • 10+ years experience in a Finance Controller / Accountant role in a corporate environment/PMA.

  • Experience with the Payroll system and its calculation is a must.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a must.

  • Demonstrated expertise with Indonesian corporate taxes is a must.

  • Experience with Xero is a must.

  • CA / CPA designation preferred.

  • Prior experience in composing Company Income Tax Reports from the beginning (CITR)

  • Fluent in oral and written English.

  • Proficient in financial terminology, with a strong command of finance-related language in Indonesian and English.

  • Having Brevets A and B is a must

  • Prior experience in handling tax audits is a big plus.

  • Knowledge about Transfer Pricing is a big plus.
