Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Client Partners focused on large global accounts and North American accounts. Responsible for acceleration of expansion opportunities with our largest and most strategic accounts globally as well as in North America. Measured on 120% NRR. Focus on usage, verified outcomes, and expansion to new divisions.
  • Comfortable with frequent global/domestic travel.
  • Responsible for the overall client satisfaction across the North America &/or global portfolio.
  • Provide your team with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance their skills, motivation, and performance.
  • Manage competing priorities, translate ambiguity into calculated results and perform in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Maintain an atmosphere of respect, mutual support, flexibility, continuous learning, good humor, and commitment to business goals and customer needs

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience selling martech SAAS and / or adtech preferably or digital media
  • 7+ years of experience leading high performing teams with a demonstrated success of achieving quota
  • Exceptional consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners; proven strategic advisor working with senior-level decision maker (Marketing ICP)
  • Data-focused, results-producing mindset - you consistently make data driven decisions and question how companies think through using technology to drive competitive advantage
  • Attention to detail - you are extremely organized, and thrive on identifying and delivering results
  • Can collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business problems and scope solutions
