Market Data Analyst

What you’ll do

• The Market Data Analyst will be tasked with ensuring our software and data solutions meet the highest standards and will work alongside the market data product team to gather requirements and develop a custom exchange data repository.
• Create and maintain core documentation that details market data connectivity, specifications, requirements, licensing, content, procedures, and relevant contacts for each exchange.
• Work strategically to research and gather requirements for market data feeds from exchanges worldwide.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop processes for integrating new and existing exchanges within the business unit.

Work qualifications

• Prior experience working with market data feeds and exchange connectivity required.
• A self-starter with at least 5+ years of relevant experience, including technical documentation and the ability to read and understand exchange specifications and protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a technically complex role, involving a multitude of stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of tick data delivery methods as well as data access methodologies, network connectivity, including general API terminologies and functions, etc.
• Be comfortable with Linux CLI and Python scripting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
