Who you are

We’re seeking a Director of Brand Design to ensure our visual identity is brought to life holistically and consistently across all of our physical and digital touchpoints. During this exciting growth phase, you will be at the heart of design, shaping what a truly user-focused health-tech company looks and feels like. This is a unique opportunity to define our brand and make a lasting impact. You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer.

What you’ll do

• Lead and elevate design and brand strategy at doxy.me, while also diving into the details daily to execute a variety of hands-on design projects, embodying the 'player-coach' mentality
• Partner with key stakeholders to craft creative and cohesive visual design systems and campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring they reflect doxy.me’s brand strategy and support our business objectives
• Drive and maintain high standards and uniformity across every channel
• Motivate, empower, and invigorate a top-tier design team while fostering a vibrant creative culture

Your skills and experience

• A seasoned design professional with strong fundamentals across visual/graphic design, web, branding and marketing
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Flawless attention to detail and high standards for your own work
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your experience and work
• Experience in leading and directing external contributors, including the management of agencies
• You have true passion for the craft and enjoy both leading a team as well as rolling up your sleeves and creating yourself
• You do not only bring strategic vision but are also actively involved in the design work
• You have a clear and deep understanding of the evolving design landscape
• You are a great communicator and team player working well with other stakeholders
• You are able to wear many hats and work on multiple projects at once
