Product Owner: (IMMEDIATE JOINERS NEEDED)
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and ensure
development team delivers a product that meets customer needs and business
goals.
 Define, prioritize, maintain and update the product backlogs. Ensure that the
Product Backlog is transparent and complete with exit criterias, visible and
understood.
 Derive non functional requirements, with focus on SAP Product Standards,
Security, Quality and Performance.
 Drive backlog refinement meetings. Act as a bridge between the business and
development teams, providing clarity on requirements and making informed
decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
 Ensure development team's capacity and skills are being utilized and developed
to deliver maximum value.
 Check development progress via daily scrum and take preventive/corrective
actions as necessary.
 Validate and sign-off the acceptance of product backlogs.
 Strong functional understanding of standard solutions and customer business
processes is necessary.
 Usage of JIRA to manage product backlogs as per Agile methodology is essential.
 Good communication and presentation skills in English are required.

Year of experience required-10-14 YRS
Qualifications-B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
