At Sampl Technologies we are revolutionising the way companies manage product sampling. Our digital first approach enables brands to ensure that their samples only reach the hands of the right audience, reducing waste and creating a more bespoke sampling experience for the consumer.

As a Campaign Designer you will use the Sampl platform and work closely with our customers to design high-quality visual assets that accompany sampling campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands.

In addition to this you will support our customer facing teams by creating visually appealing slide decks for pitches, proposals, campaign kick-offs, and post-campaign analysis.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Use the Sampl platform to create visually engaging and brand-aligned assets for sampling campaigns, including campaign emails, print materials, and digital microsites.
  • Design and produce professional and compelling slide decks for pitches, proposals, campaign kick-offs, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and campaign management teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to clients brand guidelines and maintain a consistent high level of quality across all materials.
  • Develop and update templates for presentations and marketing materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Review and proof all design work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Make necessary revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
  • Propose innovative design solutions to enhance the visual impact of marketing campaigns and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including marketing collateral and presentation designs.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other presentation software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating assets for sampling campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Salary: Up to £30k pa DOE (+ bonus, share options and benefits)
