In this role you will:

  • Shape and implement effective marketing tactics that are in line with our Employer Branding strategy.
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, student associations, suppliers and other to identify new ways of boosting the company's image as employer of choice.
  • Develop and implement engaging organic & paid marketing campaigns (from idea to content and dissemination), including online initiatives, social media and PR campaigns, onsite events, etc.
  • Analyse campaign KPIs and ROI to define the best practices and lessons learned for upcoming campaigns.
  • Maintain PwC Lithuania’s social media channels in relation to employer branding initiatives and company’s career web pages.
  • Collaborate closely with PwC’s Employer Branding team in Central & Eastern Europe to ensure our brand and campaigns are in line with the network’s EB strategy across the world.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

  • Experience in marketing & communications, branding or similar roles
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Project management skills – planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • A flare for creativity and innovation
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
  • A university degree in Communication, Marketing or other related fields (will be considered as an advantage)

Our offer:

  • The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 2200 - 2800 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
